My past career was as an information technology director in a multi-national Fortune 1000 company. It was there that I discovered how fulfilling it was to work with adults who were struggling with life’s difficulties. And yet, it was evident that many, perhaps even most, of their challenges resulted from problems outside work. So, after two and half decades, I switched careers to pursue other ways to help more fully.
I am an east coast transplant, having moved here with my late husband a decade ago. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the Pacific Northwest (especially with a camera), reading, and – of course – a good cup of coffee.
